1- Cinnamon
2- Honey
3- Water

How to make this recipe?

Take 1 cup of water add Two cinnamon sticks in water and start boil it.
When its boiled take off from stole and convert water from pot to glass.
Please Remove Cinnamon sticks from water.

When the water comes in semi hot temperature then add 1 tbs honey in it and mix it well.

Now take this cinnamon tea.

When You Take it?

Best time for take this tea with empty stomach.
For more effective result take it also in night before go to bed.
