PPL: Four companies show interest


Pakistan Premier League (PPL) has been implemented to address the four companies expressed interest in the project.

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has been working on a proposal to launch an international Twenty20 league in Pakistan since 2007.


International Director of the PCB, Intikhab Alam told Geo News, the companies are interested in 4-5 ETA and we have invited to the presentation of next week to discuss ways in the tournament.

“It could happen at any time after the T20 World Cup this year.”

PCB COO Subhan Ahmed said the council is a very serious organization and the league is working to attract large investments.

Pakistan has been unable to collect international cricket since March 2009 when Sri Lanka was attacked while going to the stadium.
